Jim Wing is a true professional. We purchased a home for construction in Albuquerque/Mirehaven in one day with Jim. He gave us several options; from purchasing a preexisting home on the market to future construction made to our specification. Our experience with prior realtors was that after the sale was completed, they washed their hands of the deal. Not so with Jim. At the time, we did not live in Albuquerque so could not follow the construction in person. Without our asking, Jim sent us weekly photos of the progress. When we had a question or a problem he contacted the job foreman or sales office to see that our desires were met. Finally, we were not able to attend the walk through prior to closing, so Jim volunteered to appear in our stead and did a thorough job of pointing out defects to be fixed. I would highly recommend Jim as an outstanding realtor. You can not go wrong!

I could not have found a better realtor. My husband and I wanted to move out of Las Vegas and we got the opportunity to move to New Mexico. We wanted to move to a 55+ community. I looked up 55 places and when I read Mr. Jim Wing reviews, I felt he was the person we were looking for.
