Therese Wing, a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, has been a licensed Realtor for fifteen years and has attained the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist)  designation which requires 10 Years of Real Estate experience and millions of dollars in closed real estate transactions along with several hours of accredited classroom hours.  In 2011, she was a member of the Elite 25 and NM Select group of Realtors and has been invited year after year since then.  Her business has grown every year and she credits her success to referrals and all the people that have known her for years and know they can TRUST her to take care of them or their family members, friends and co-workers with all their real estate needs.

Both of these she pays for!  She also works with a terrific Senior Loan Officer who will place clients in the perfect loan scenario for their situation.

With each real estate transaction, Therese is 100% committed to her clients and goes above and beyond to help them with whatever they may need. IE.. organizing an estate sales, moving companies, handymen and contractors, relocating out of state, etc. She is a great communicator which is essential to a successful transaction from the start to closing at title.
